As a consumer , the bad experience that I had face it when I using the apps to booking the hotel room. I had using the apps to book the hotel room and the apps had been confirm that I have been booking and it had the reservation number .But when I went to the hotel , the hotel has say that they did not receive any about my booking . But I have the reservation number and the hotel did not accept just because their hotel system did not have my information. I feel that they are not responsibilities to the customer. They did not help customer to solve the problems and let the customer solve by themselves. After that , I asking the hotel that it is has any room now ? But the hotel say that they did not have any hotels room right now and called me book for another .
